Cross Border Sales Leader

Delhivery is seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the expansion of our cross-border and full truck load business. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing sustainable client relationships, and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the P&L of the business, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve top-line growth targets.
  • Monitor and report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • MBA/ B.E/ B.Tech degree.
  • 7-10 years of work experience, including 3-5 years in leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum.

Location: Delhi/NCR (flexible remote work options available).
