Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead client servicing and business development efforts for our events division. Key responsibilities include building and managing high-performing teams, delivering successful events that meet clients' objectives, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Client Servicing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new clients.
  • Event Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and preferences, and design engaging events that exceed expectations.
  • P&L Management: Oversee project budgets from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and profitability.
  • Operational Management: Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 16 years of experience in client servicing and business development within the events industry.
  • Proven market knowledge and working experience in relevant roles.
  • A post-graduate or graduate degree is required.
