Kreatica Packaging is a premium packaging company based in Bangalore, specializing in rigid boxes, folding cartons, and fluted packaging. We partner with leading brands across jewelry, cosmetics, apparel, consumer goods, and exports, delivering packaging that combines innovation, premium design, and functionality.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Client Servicing & New Product Development (NPD) Executive to act as the bridge between clients and internal teams. The role includes managing client communication, order updates, and coordinating new packaging developments (sampling to production).
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with at least 2 years of experience in the printing & packaging industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the point of contact for clients — manage communication, queries, and updates.
Coordinate order processing, dispatch tracking, and delivery timelines.
Manage NPD projects:
Arrange structural & printed samples
Coordinate client approvals
Ensure smooth transition from prototype to bulk production
Work closely with design, production, accounts, and logistics teams.
Maintain CRM records, purchase orders, invoices, and client updates.
Proactively share status reports with clients and management.
REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years' experience in Client Servicing / Operations / Packaging / Printing.
Minimum 2 years in the Printing & Packaging industry is mandatory.
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, and documentation.
Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.
COMPENSATION
Up to ₹6 LPA + performance incentives
(Final package will depend on candidate experience & fit)
