  • Sales Growth & Development:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations including data collection, application processing, and admission confirmation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
    • Track and report student recruitment numbers, conversion ratios, and operational performance metrics.
  • Strategic Planning & Team Management:
    • Collaborate with leadership to set business goals and expansion plans.
    • Create annual sales forecasts and performance reviews for sales and operations.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Lead, train, and mentor sales, counselling, and operations teams.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, student-first service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and operations leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of international admission procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
