We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to lead our home loan business growth through strategic partnerships with developers, builders, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities through DSAs, Builders, Channel Partners, and Open Market.
  • To plan, organize and execute strategies to acquire new DSA, CA, Financial Consultants and Brokers & Builders in respective areas.
  • Develop and implement training programs for DSAs.
  • To manage key accounts with a focused approach and foster long-term business relationships.
  • To engage with builders and developers to promote our products through various projects.
  • To analyze financial data regarding customers and work closely with the legal and technical departments for project approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–10 years in Home Loan, Loan Against Property, or Mortgage Sales (preferably with Banks, NBFCs, or HFCs).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
