Home Loan Specialist
">We are seeking a skilled Home Loan Specialist to join our team.
">Responsibilities:
">- Conduct marketing, sales & brand building activities to attract new clients.
">- Sanction and disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned.
">- Ensure high standards of integrity.
">- Carry out pre- and post-loan activities related to home loans, including acquisition of new clients and maintenance of renewal clients.
">- Inform potential clients about loan requirements, terms & conditions, procedures for obtaining a loan, importance of timely payments, penalties for late payments, and insurance options.
">- Instruct clients on credit decisions and make follow-up visits to ensure the loan is used for its intended purpose.
">- Travel frequently to conduct business development activities.
">- Manage sales/business growth to achieve agreed-upon business volumes.
">- Coordinate with legal, credit, and technical teams to resolve customer queries.
