We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to effectively source and manage business through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating business through different sources such as sales partners, builders, and open market channels.
  • To handle sales partnerships and achieve the desired business numbers.
  • To identify new potential business partners in respective areas and develop strategies for their onboarding.
  • Training and development of sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Managing key accounts with a focused approach and nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • To interact with builders and developers and penetrate our product through various projects.
  • Data management of prospective clients to generate business leads.
  • Analyzing financial eligibility of customers to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration with internal teams for project approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-10 years in Home Loan, Loan Against Property, or Mortgage Sales (preferably with financial institutions)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
