About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with mutual fund distributors, income tax professionals, and chartered accountants to generate leads and establish business opportunities.
  • Provide valuable information about Tata AIA and AIG, highlighting business prospects and encouraging them to become advisors or agency partners.
  • Ensure seamless documentation, training, and onboarding processes.
  • Support the creation of engaging content for digital marketing and social media platforms.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, wealth management, and insurance industries.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
