Financial Director

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to drive strategic growth, ensure compliance, and lead our finance team.

This is a critical position that requires a seasoned financial expert with strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and leadership abilities. As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing all financial operations.

• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, and treasury, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks, and develop risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets.
• Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions, preparing and presenting financial information to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Operational Efficiency: Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, overseeing the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function to support decision-making.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing finance organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth within the finance department.

• Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance or related field;
• 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years exposure in a senior financial management role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (preferred but not mandatory);
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations in the pharma sector;
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders;
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities;
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems;

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
