Sales Director for Enterprise Growth

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive enterprise growth at Qrata.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients, leveraging their own network and other tools for lead generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with our founders to develop new corporate partnerships
- Responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Nurturing prospective clients through the sales journey and converting them into Qrata customers
- Cross-collaboration with marketing and client operations teams on lead generation activities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in acquiring and/or farming mid/enterprise corporate customers
- Prior experience in hunting and converting enterprise-scale business is a must; preference for experience in technology sales to CHROs and/or C-suite
- Prior experience managing a team of sales managers (small/big team)
- Ambitious, competitive, and determined individual who can hit KPIs and push their team to achieve their goals
- Passionate about Qrata's mission to change the landscape of financial wellness for the employed workforce

Educational Background and Skills
You should have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Research skills and the ability to translate industry knowledge into digestible information for your audience
- Well-versed with Excel and PowerPoint skills (or equivalent software)
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
