
Help Desk Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Professional to join our team in Gurgaon.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to handle interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously via phone, email, or intercom.
- Follow established procedures to resolve issues or escalate them as necessary.
- Ensure efficient use of company resources while maintaining professional communication.
- Support team leads during their absence by handling routine tasks after training.
- Report operational challenges or service concerns to supervisors clearly and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of customer service processes and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional under pressure.
- Computer literacy with basic IT knowledge.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
