Job Title: Executive Coordinator
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated and organized Executive Coordinator. As the right-hand person to our Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations, strategic planning, and exceptional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules with utmost precision.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes that accurately capture key discussions and decisions.
- Liaise with internal teams to guarantee a smooth workflow, fostering strong relationships and open communication channels.
- Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of accountability.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, business documents, and confidential records, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate between departments to gather updates, approvals, and feedback, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Organize client meetings, brand events, and internal reviews, showcasing exceptional event planning skills.
Requirements:
- Exceptional follow-up skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with advanced knowledge of software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information.
- A Graduate/Postgraduate degree or relevant secretarial/administrative program, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
