Project Coordinator – Project Execution
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing project execution after order confirmation, coordinating across departments, and ensuring smooth client communication. This role is ideal for candidates who are responsible, organized, and have strong communication skills. Freshers with a learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for project execution after receiving the order.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments (Design, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, Accounts, etc.) for timely execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate to management for resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all project activities.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. (Freshers can also apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and well-organized.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
