Culinary Leadership Opportunity at Eclat Hospitality

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Chef to lead our culinary team at Eclat Hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations for our resort's wedding and MICE events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse client preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Collaborate with event planning teams to create seamless culinary experiences.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
  • Manage inventory procurement and kitchen budgets efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role in high-end hospitality settings.
  • Strong background in catering for weddings and large-scale events, particularly in the MICE sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

Up to 28 Lac PA, with little negotiation for the right candidate. Minimum age requirement: 45 years and above. MICE experience preferred.
