Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

This role is central to ensuring global HR platforms operate smoothly, data remains accurate, and systems support both strategic and operational HR needs across the business.

You will lead configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR technology stack. You will work closely with data analyst to ensure accuracy and timeliness of people analytics and with IT department on broader systems integrations and infrastructure updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).
  • Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Serve as HR systems expert to troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.
  • Act as bridge between HR and IT, ensuring HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
