Key Responsibilities

The role will involve:

  • Developing and Implementing Public Relations Strategies">

To align with Global Games Show business goals and brand positioning, develop comprehensive public relations strategies that effectively communicate the company's value proposition to the media and the public.

Cultivating Media Relationships">

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming media space, including journalists, editors, and influencers.

Content Creation">

Draft and edit press releases, media kits, and other written materials for media distribution, ensuring consistent messaging across all communications.

Crisis Communication">

Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any potential issues or controversies, acting as a spokesperson for Global Games Show during crisis situations.

Event Management">

Plan and coordinate media events, product launches, and press conferences to maximize media coverage, identifying speaking opportunities and securing participation in relevant industry events.

Collaboration with Partners">

Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and editorial teams to align PR efforts with overall business strategies, leveraging partnerships and collaborations for enhanced media exposure.

Monitoring and Analysis">

Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks, analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of PR campaigns using relevant metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a Related Field">

A degree in public relations, communications, or a related field is essential, with additional certifications a plus.

Proven Experience as a PR Manager">

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the gaming industry.

In-Depth Understanding of the Gaming Ecosystem">

A deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including the latest trends, technologies, and innovations.

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills">

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent Media Relations and Networking Abilities">

Outstanding media relations and networking abilities, with a proven track record of securing media coverage and building strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.

Crisis Management Experience">

Experience in crisis management, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and effectively.

Familiarity with Digital Tools and Platforms">

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for PR monitoring and analysis, including social media listening and content creation software.

Salary and Benefits
