Sales and Marketing Professional Sought

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to lead sales and marketing operations for our Industrial Battery Division. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience in UPS, Inverter, and Battery Charger segments and a proven track record in the industrial battery market.

  • Drive sales and marketing strategy for the Industrial Battery Division.
  • Plan and execute monthly revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Channel, OEM, and B2B markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a sales & marketing team for high performance.
  • Maintain and update internal documents, CRM, and sales systems to ensure process excellence.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Drive brand positioning and market expansion for UPS, Inverter, and Solar battery segments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Currently working in the UPS, Inverter, or Battery Charger industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of the Industrial Battery Market and its different segments.
  • Prior experience in Channel Sales, OEM Sales, and B2B Sales.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing within the Battery/Power industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
