Partner Lead Job Description

Job Overview:

  • Role Context: Emerging Requirements in the Job Market
  • Forge Partnerships with Private Training Providers, Government Education Departments, and State Skill Missions

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work towards signing agreements with identified states (MP, UP & Maharashtra)
  2. Explore partnerships, drive negotiations, and ensure Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) sign-ups for private vocational training providers, state departments, DDUGKY, and State Skill Missions
  3. Define pilot programs, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, and launch pilot batches with support from the Deployment Team
  4. Carry out third-party impact assessments to scale programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-13 years of experience working with skill ecosystems, government-related projects, and at least 4-7 years in the training domain
  • Good connections with State Government officials
  • Strong communication skills and high Emotional Quotient (EQ)
  • Strategic/Innovative Thinker
  • Awareness about latest trends in the job market
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Problem solver with hands-on attitude
  • Updated with the latest methodologies and research within edTech and training domains
