Job Title

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious partnerships associate to join our alliances team. This role involves supporting the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and creating persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development, excellent written and spoken communication skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, GA4, Looker, Similarweb, HubSpot, Google Ads) to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.

Success in the first 90 days includes delivering 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs, building a reusable library of proposals and case studies, and publishing a monthly report.
