Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement field marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in the textile industry.
  • Coordinate and execute brand activation events and promotional activities in alignment with company objectives.
  • Gather and analyze market data to provide insights for developing effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to successfully execute field sales activities and achieve or exceed targets.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to strengthen brand presence and foster relationships that drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Brand Activation: Ability to plan and execute strategies that enhance brand image and visibility across target markets.
  • Event Coordination: Skilled in organizing and managing events to promote product or service offerings to the target audience.
  • Market Research: Competence in conducting research to gather actionable insights about market trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Execution: Experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve desired business objectives.
  • B2B Marketing: Understanding of business-to-business marketing strategies and tactics to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Textile Industry (Mandatory skill): Essential knowledge or experience within the textile sector to effectively connect with industry stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to identify and develop leads that convert into business opportunities and sales.
  • Field Sales (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in executing sales strategies in a field setting to drive product and service sales growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA/BBA degree.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
