**Job Overview**
We are seeking an ambitious Product Development Associate to join our team in Bangalore. As a Product Development Associate, you will work closely with our product management team to assist in the development and launch of our product.
About This Role
This is a full-time role based in Bangalore and requires you to work from the office. You will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the product management team in refining product strategies that align with overall business goals and customer needs.
- Use AI tools to quickly execute product ideas and identify gaps in the current MSME ecosystem.
- Hunt for problem statements, validate with users, and execute solutions.
- Assist in creating and updating product documentation such as user stories, feature specifications, and release notes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A good understanding of market research and solution validation.
- A strong interest in technology, user experience, and innovative product solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and their applications.
- A basic understanding of LLMs, thick and thin GPT wrappers, and fine-tuning AI models.
- A user-centric mindset.
