Job Title: Influencer & Collaboration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced influencer & collaboration specialist to join our team in New Delhi.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners, driving business growth through strategic content and collaborations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate partnerships that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging content pipeline (reels, styling videos, UGC) for marketing efforts.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with advertising campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations, preferably in the fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of user-generated content trends, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • A passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential for success in this role.
