We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to promote our brand and products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential influencers across various social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

  2. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales.

  3. Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and product development to create compelling content and campaigns.

  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  6. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, serving as the main point of contact for communication and coordination.

  8. Manage influencer budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or lifestyle industry.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and influencer marketing trends.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to drive decision-making.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and software is a plus.
