Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers and content creators. Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and content tracking.
  • Support pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns. This includes styling assistance, prop management, location setup, and liaising with vendors.
  • Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules. Maintain content calendars and reporting sheets under supervision.
  • Plan and execute brand-led events, pop-ups, or influencer gatherings — handling vendor coordination, setup, and event-day assistance.
  • Maintain organised records of influencer content, shoot footage, and usage rights for internal documentation and marketing use.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events
  • Good organisational and logistical management skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
