Job Title: Brand Marketing Project Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Marketing in implementing and tracking brand strategy across various platforms.
  • Manage marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Assist in creating and editing content for brochures, websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate the design and distribution of promotional materials for corporate initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain fact sheets, presentations, and marketing kits for real estate portfolios.
  • Research and track industry events, workshops, and speaking opportunities relevant to the real estate market.
  • Develop calendars to align marketing strategies with US market-specific development cycles.
  • Assist in planning grand openings and corporate events (vendor coordination, guest lists, branded materials).

  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Social Media Tools. Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, CRM platforms.
