We are seeking a creative and passionate professional to manage our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand awareness across multiple platforms.
- Design and implement engaging content campaigns that align with the latest fashion and cultural trends.
- Plan and coordinate monthly social media calendars, photo shoots, and product promotions.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and editors to produce high-quality content.
- Work closely with the marketing team on product launches, promotions, and festive campaigns.
- Manage influencer partnerships from outreach to delivery of results.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for improved reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service through direct messaging and community building activities.
- Proven 2-4 years of experience in managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, styling, and Indian fashion trends.
- Ability to capture basic content using a smartphone when needed.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools is a plus.
