Job Overview

As a ServiceNow Data Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the core data management foundation within our platform. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the core data management foundation within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate alignment of configuration items to data elements.
  • Audit and validate data regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data management or related field within a global organization.
  • Proven experience of managing data structures and tools in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow, preferably with CSDM implementation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of data governance processes and master data management systems.
  • Experience with system integration documentation and data mapping specifications.
