We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability and quality of the ServiceNow platform through continuous validation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform regression, smoke, and functional testing across ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, etc).
  • Configure and maintain ATF test suites, custom test steps, and reusable components.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and train teams on ATF best practices.
  • Identify bugs and work closely with development teams for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps.
  • Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management).
  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Basics knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and security validation.
