ServiceNow Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Integration Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test cases to validate the integration of ServiceNow with other systems, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure that employee processes, from onboarding to offboarding, function correctly across multiple systems.
  • Test data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often utilizing ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Develop and maintain workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding and offboarding processes initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • Evaluate system performance under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Perform thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to guarantee integrations remain intact.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture and data exchange protocols.
  • Proficiency in workflow automation and integration design.
  • Experience with performance and regression testing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
