About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development of ServiceNow-based solutions with proven results.

  • Work on complex ServiceNow Development projects, understanding customer requirements and delivering results.
  • Implement modules related to Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Manage Instance Upgrades and Patches for multiple customers.
  • Develop expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Integrate systems using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
  • Work with relational databases and develop proficiency in client- and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage new requirements.
  • Collaborate with Agile Teams and preferred experience working with MSP-based instances.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow Development from medium to complex needs.
  • Strong understanding of CSM and ITSM module implementation.
  • Experience with instance upgrades and patches.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and integration techniques.
  • Ability to work with relational databases and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Agile team collaboration and MSP-based instance experience a plus.
