Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to fill the role of Senior Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and hands-on experience in developing custom applications, implementing integrations, and working with advanced modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement and manage advanced modules including Field Service Management, Asset Management, and the Now Agent Mobile Application.
  • Develop and customize Service Portals, widgets, and user interfaces.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Follow development best practices, including scripting, configuration, and documentation.
  • Perform instance migrations, version upgrades, and manage platform performance.
  • Provide technical leadership on ServiceNow projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong understanding of core ServiceNow architecture and concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing Field Service Management solutions.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Experience in developing and customizing the Service Portal.
  • Solid understanding of web services integration using SOAP and REST.
  • Experience with Asset Management and Now Agent Mobile modules.
  • Familiarity with instance migration and platform upgrades.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients and lead technical discussions.
