About the Role:
As a NR Business Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing the NR business for assigned geographies. You will work closely with the Branch Banking team to achieve this goal.Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies, and overseas branches.
- Work in close collaboration with the Branch Banking team to grow the NR business for the assigned geography.
- Provide financial solutions to NRI customers while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain complete customer profiles including risk profiles, demographics, and assets.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- In-depth understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and provide sound financial advice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address needs and challenges.
