Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Male Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Director. This role involves handling confidential information, managing schedules, and coordinating communication with various departments within the hospital.

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the Executive Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Act as the point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders. Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes for various meetings led by the Executive Director.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for the Executive Director for both local and international trips.
  • Confidentiality & Document Management: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information related to hospital operations and patient information.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with healthcare terminologies and hospital administration.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
