Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee issues and resolve disputes in a professional and timely mannerFoster a positive workplace environment, encourage open communication, and promote employee engagement and satisfactionConduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to reduce employee turnoverPerformance Management:Lead the performance management process, including setting OKRs, conducting evaluations, and providing feedbackCollaborate with department heads to ensure consistent application of performance appraisal systemsDesign and implement refresher programs, including training and supportCompliance & Policy Management:Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulationsRegularly update HR policies and employee handbooks in line with legal requirements and business changesOversee workplace health, safety, and wellness programs to ensure a safe working environmentCompensation & Benefits:Manage compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, raises, and bonus structuresAdminister benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offPartner with external providers to offer competitive benefits packagesHR Reporting & Metrics:Collect and analyze HR data (e.g., employee turnover rates, satisfaction surveys, and absenteeism) to inform strategic decision-makingPrepare reports for management on key HR metrics, identifying trends and suggesting improvementsLegal & Risk ManagementManage workplace investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and other employee concernsAddress and resolve legal issues pertaining to employee relations, terminations, and disciplinary actionsOnboarding:Develop and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organizationCoordinate with department heads to ensure new hires receive necessary training, resources, and introductionsConduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and proceduresOffboarding:Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth and professional transitionsConduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvementCoordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure final paychecks and benefits are processed appropriatelyEnsure compliance with legal requirements, including the issuance of termination paperwork and any post-employment agreementsManaging HR TeamsLead, mentor, and manage a team of HR executives, ensuring they meet individual and team goalsDelegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to HR executives while providing support and guidanceProvide coaching and problem-solving assistance to HR executives on complex employee relations or policy issues
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) .
Experience:8+ years of HR management experience, with a proven track record of managing HR teams and leading HR functionsStrong understanding of HR best practices, onboarding/offboarding processes, and knowledge of labor laws and regulationsSkill:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteKey Competencies:Leadership and team managementAdaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industryStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesClient-focused mindset and a strong sense of business acumen
