Bandish Studios is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our team in Pune. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive work environment.

Salary:

Up to 3.6 LPA (lakh per annum)

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to payroll management. You will be expected to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

Job Description:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
    • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Payroll Management
    • Oversee and process employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Maintain payroll records, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Employee Records and Compliance
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HR systems.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including timely submission of statutory filings.
  • Performance Management
    • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide administrative support in the review process.
    • Assist in drafting and issuing employee performance-related letters, including promotions, transfers, and warnings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
