About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team at Tajore Official in Malad. This is a critical role that will involve managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
    • Develop and execute effective strategies to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the employee hiring and exit processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
    • Maintain updated employee records, ensuring a seamless transition during hiring and exits.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining HR systems and ensuring timely processing of employee documentation.
    • Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management systems in coordination with relevant teams.
    • Ensure proper implementation of workplace policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance processes in a fair and timely manner.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
    • Conduct audits and prepare reports related to compliance and HR metrics.
  • Performance Management:
    • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers.
    • Help design and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
    • Assist in designing and delivering in-house training sessions.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Communicate policies to employees and ensure consistent application across the organization.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for management.
    • Prepare regular HR reports on recruitment, attrition, performance, and engagement.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional with 4-5 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus) is required.

The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
