Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of the organization's litigation portfolio

Liaison and Networking:

  • Maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, external legal partners, and other relevant parties
  • Facilitation of smooth operations and negotiations as a point of contact for all legal liaisons

Drafting and Documentation:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with significant experience in litigation, liaisons, and field settlements
  • Strong understanding of legal processes related to contracts, agreements, and property law
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working in banking and financial sector (NBFC)

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
