Orange Shark is a leading organization seeking an experienced Section Head to join its team at the Trichy HO. As a dynamic professional with 10-15 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to drive excellence in compliance, regulatory, RBI reporting, and litigation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of the organization's litigation portfolio.
• Developing strategies for effective case resolution and managing external counsel.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings as required.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, external legal partners, and other relevant parties.
• Acting as a point of contact for all legal liaisons to facilitate smooth operations and negotiations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Utilizing inland field experience to navigate legal issues related to organizations and settlements.
• Advising on legal risks, settlement strategies, and potential liabilities.
• Ensuring organizational compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conducting regular legal audits and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to senior management on various business matters.
• Participating in policy development to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
• Mentoring and guiding junior legal team members.
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with significant experience in litigation, liaisons, and field settlements.
• Strong understanding of legal processes related to contracts, agreements, and property law.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in banking and financial sector (NBFC).

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
