About the Role

The Senior Litigation Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's litigation portfolio and providing strategic legal advice to senior management. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in litigation, liaisons, and field settlements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the organization's litigation portfolio.
  • Develop strategies for effective case resolution and manage external counsel.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for all legal liaisons to facilitate smooth operations and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with significant experience in litigation, liaisons, and field settlements.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes related to contracts, agreements, and property law.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Salary Package: ₹1,50,00,000 - ₹2,50,00,000 per annum based on location and experience.
