As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Admin and HR Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
Onboard new employees and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and processed.
Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave management, and personal details, in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely data is provided to the accounting department.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities to enhance professional development and team cohesion.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental communication and workflow.
Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Admin and HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Fluent in English
