BIM Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned BIM project lead to spearhead multiple Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) projects simultaneously.

  • Project Management:
    • Spearhead and manage concurrent BIM projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, adhering to established BIM standards and methodologies.
    • Identify and address project-related challenges and issues, handling QA/QC including Clash Co-ordination.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Business Development:
    • Participate in business meetings to contribute to growth and expansion of BIM services.
    • Leverage industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase company capabilities.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to win and secure new projects.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight:
    • Exercise oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial viability.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
    • Maintain control over project timelines, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
    • Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 technologies.
