Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools, with a proven track record in leading BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Model and manage complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases.
  • Train, mentor, and support project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries.
  • Conduct quality control checks for Revit models and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks.
  • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models, cloud-based platforms (BIM 360 / ACC - Autodesk Construction Cloud), and collaborative tools.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role.
  • Strong communication skills — ability to liaise with global teams, consultants, and non-BIM stakeholders.
  • Proactive, process-driven, and able to balance both strategy and execution.
