We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for assisting with room rates, availability, and promotions. You will also support senior RMs with daily analysis and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with room rate planning and implementation
- Support senior RMs with daily revenue analysis and reporting
- Monitor online travel agency (OTA) channels and update content/rates
- Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to optimize revenue
- Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities
Requirements:
- Basic hotel experience in reservations, front office, or sales support
- Strong interest in revenue management and analytics
- Good computer skills, including Excel and PMS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
