Job Title

  • Key Responsibilities:
    - Develop and manage compensation structures, fixed and variable pay, incentives, retention plans, and align with business objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Benefits Administration:
    - Design and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Performance and Rewards:
    - Drive annual compensation review cycles, increments, promotions, bonus payouts, transparent and performance-driven reward systems.
  • Policy and Compliance:
    - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, company policies, governance, documentation for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    - Create dashboards, reports, insights on compensation, benefits utilization, workforce cost analysis.
  • Employee Engagement and Communication:
    - Communicate reward policies, benefits philosophy effectively to employees, act as subject matter expert for employee queries related to pay, benefits and rewards.
  • Special Projects:
    - Support M&A integration, organization restructuring, mobility programs from a rewards perspective.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Compensation Strategy & Design:
    - Strong knowledge of compensation design principles, theories, research methods, data analysis.
  • Benefits Administration:
    - Strong understanding of employee benefits landscape, regulatory compliance, global best practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    - Excellent written, verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
