The role of a Senior Pastry Coordinator is to oversee daily pastry kitchen operations and ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

  • Plan and execute mise en place for current and next shifts, ensuring seamless transitions and meeting quality standards.">
  • Evaluate and review incoming orders to plan shift operations efficiently and meet customer expectations.">
  • Coordinate with front-end and production teams to manage special/custom orders smoothly and maintain excellent communication.">

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Shift Planning: Organize and execute the preparation of ingredients, equipment, and workstations to ensure efficient and safe kitchen operations.">
  3. Order Management: Review and evaluate incoming bakery orders to plan shift operations effectively and meet customer demands.">
  4. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the front-end and production teams to manage special/custom orders and maintain open communication channels.">
  5. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards, adhering to strict food safety norms and regulations.">
  6. Logistics: Prepare and maintain the Raw Material Indent Chart for the next day in coordination with the store team, ensuring timely deliveries and inventory management.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a bakery or hotel kitchen environment, with supervisory experience.">
  • Certification/Diploma in Bakery or Culinary Arts is preferred.">
  • Strong knowledge of bakery production processes, raw materials, and food safety standards.">
  • Ability to lead a team and manage operations independently, exercising strong leadership skills.">
  • Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.">
  • Familiarity with HACCP and standard hygiene protocols, with a commitment to maintaining high food safety standards.">
