Job Title: Executive Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business outcomes and lead presales activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all presales activities, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across domains and geographies.
  • Bid and Proposal Management:
  • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI management, ensuring timely, competitive, and compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing.
  • Implement and continuously improve presales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing team of presales analysts and consultants.
  • Sales Enablement & Marketing Support:
  • Partner with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures.
  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop strategies for account mining and expansion.
  • Create and publish case studies, white papers, solution briefs, and client-facing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns, messaging, and positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients.
  • Demonstrated success in leading presales functions and enabling revenue growth.
