Job Title: Key Client Advocate

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client engagement efforts. As a Key Client Advocate, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to build strong relationships with our clients.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to leverage your sales, customer engagement, or persuasion-driven skills to drive business growth and success. If you have 1+ year of experience in a similar field and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

  1. Engage directly with high-value clients to persuade them to purchase licenses.
  2. Manage campaigns from initial notification through resolution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  3. Analyze case data for CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  4. Generate qualified leads to support ongoing campaign engagement, driving business growth and revenue.
  5. Document outcomes and contribute to process improvements, enhancing our overall efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills, familiar with omni-channel outreach, and possess strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven solutions. Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or a similar field.
  • Possesses excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Is proficient in English with a strong command of language.
  • Has experience working with omni-channel outreach platforms.
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
