About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain customer service policies and standards that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with service protocols.
- Conduct research to provide accurate answers to customers' queries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree with regulatory knowledge preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales/marketing or healthcare/medical devices industry an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), SAP, and Outlook required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
- Team player with a solution-oriented approach and attitude.
