
Senior Client Advocate

As a proactive and detail-oriented client services professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering timely communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Understand client requirements and effectively brief internal teams (creative, media, strategy, production, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency environment is mandatory, preferably with 1–3 years of experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial for delivering high-quality results.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns is required.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is necessary for effective workflow management.
