Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Deputy Manager to lead our team with strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring seamless execution of our objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to stakeholders by managing reporting and communication for the entire function, safeguarding their interests and delivering timely and accurate results.
  • Develop and submit reports to regulatory bodies that meet stringent compliance requirements and adhere to evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to interpret new regulations, implement reporting changes, and maintain documentation and audit trails for all regulatory submissions.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards for business performance tracking, utilizing tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to automate reporting processes.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of Management Information System (MIS) outputs, overseeing data collection, validation, storage, and retrieval processes.
  • Implement robust data governance protocols to ensure integrity, privacy, and security, collaborating with IT and business teams to enhance data architecture and systems.
  • Maintain master data and ensure alignment across departments, performing trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify valuable business insights from structured and unstructured data, using statistical tools and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Present findings in a clear, actionable format to stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration throughout the organization.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Showcase ability to work effectively with technical teams and business units, possessing knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting guidelines.
  • Display experience with data analysis and visualization tools, as well as the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear format.
